Dispute Resolution

Drawing on his long and current experience as an accountant and tax adviser in practice, Tony Tesciuba acts as SJE or party expert witness and as arbitrator in a range of litigation cases.

His broad experience includes: contractual matters, insurance claims, divorce, shareholder and partnership disputes, completion accounts, directors’ conduct and other insolvency issues, fraud and professional negligence.

Tony advises on quantum, business valuations, best accountancy practice and taxation matters. He is known for his clarity of report writing and the frankness of his opinions. Tony has given evidence in Court several times.

Tony is a member of the Academy of Experts. He is on the panel of the President’s Appointment Scheme of the ICAEW and is available for arbitration and neutral expert appointments.
